We offer a varied menu with custom options (meat, vegetarian, vegan, celiac) complying with all handling and preparation standards.

 

Our supplies are mostly obtained from our bio-garden, through barter (exchange of what we have with what we need) to people who plant organically or buy directly from the producer, facilitating fair trade and applying circular economy.

We value inputs and ancestral knowledge, developing an innovative gastronomic proposal that stands out for its flavor and nutritional value.
